What is CiaoLorry?

How do I register?

Are there any costs?
Consumers pay the agreed shipment price plus a 10% service contribution.

How do payments work?
Payments are processed directly in the app via Stripe, using credit or debit cards. All transactions are secure and fully traceable.

What is the difference between a Public Request and a Direct Offer?
The Public Request allows Consumers to receive and compare multiple offers from Drivers.
The Direct Offer allows Consumers to send a shipment directly to a specific Driver.
